Clomiphene citrate is a potent antiestrogen drug similar to Tamoxifen (tamoxifen citrate). The medicine was first used in female patients in the 1970s to treat infertility. This antiestrogen is used by athletes during anabolic-androgenic steroid cycles to reduce undesirable adverse reactions induced by the conversion of testosterone to estrogen (a female sex hormone) and to increase the development of natural testosterone during post-cycle therapy.

• PCT after a very mild cycle – 15 days at 50 mg daily, then it’s 15 days at 25 mg of the active component;
• a mild cycle – 15 days at 50 mg daily, then it’s 15 days at 25 mg once every two days;
• a medium cycle – 30 days at 50 mg daily, then it’s 15 days at 25 mg;
